If your order has shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse and you need to cancel for any reason, you will need to follow the warranty and returns policy for your bike's manufacturer after you receive the product. There is a $20 processing charge for orders cancelled after 48 hours, whether or not the order has shipped.

Order Confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
